You’re the loudest braggart that I could find,
Who’s always silenced the world by your cries
About beauty, ugliness, truth, and lies
As if the world were contained in your mind.
You claim you and God look so much alike–
What a blasphemy that’s come down the pike!
You say you’re far better than most animals
But you can’t protect lives the way Kabang does.
You can imagine and create concepts,
Even them you don’t fully understand.
You speak loftily about many subjects–
Though they’re only the experience of your lust.
You claim will is free, your reality,
When reality is illusory,
So familiar as the back of your hand,
And so countable as grit in the sand.
